Oh god. So much butter. So so much butter.

Back from France. I cannot handle the eating anymore. Two three course meals a day kills me. Oh and the crepes and galettes with their butter and butter and butter and cheese and egg and ham or butter and butter and butter and sugar or chocolate. I spent a week hiding my wineglass behind the salad bowl so nobody would notice it was empty and lying awake at night with indigestion and wheezing in the damp cold weather. But it was fantastic. And now the wii will hate me.

Mazda mx5 is the only car to date I have felt any kind of attachment to. By which I don't mean I was sweating so much I stuck to it. Also, to the (probably drunk breton teenage) scumbag who nicked the insignia - it is a fuckin' mazda, you tool. You could at least have ripped off the mx 5 bit.

Did my german assessment this morning - current level is comfortably B2 for spoken/comprehension, less comfortable but still B2 for written. Dev.  plan obtained and submitted to work for approval to take daytime hours to do it. Only accidentally munged french in once.

Cat is pleased to see us again. She woke me at 3am with claws sunk into my face in order that I may pay attention to her purring milimeters from my nose.

N had the badges stolen off her venerable Renault 18 a few years ago.

featuring France and butter....

One of the Top Gear people (possibly Clarkson) said the best British sports car was the MX5. Follows in the tradition of the old MG Midget, Triumph Spitfire etc. - two seats, convertible, not spectacularly powerful.

When I was young I had a Spitfire. When it worked (which was rarely) it was a lot of fun.

Anal sex is funny.

Irony: ammo says it's time. Tom is blocked.
